TCC Norfolk Campus hosted a Star Award event in the Student Center on Wednesday, May 6th. At this event, one of Top Guard’s very own security officers received recognition. The award is given to faculty and staff that had made an impact in the particular departments they work on campus. Security Officer Thelma James received a Star Award for the area of Safety and Security and was presented the award by Dr. Boyd, Provost. We congratulate Thelma for receiving such a prestigious award and appreciate all the hard work she does for Top Guard. Great job!!
